Billing & Insurance
The practice currently participates with most major insurance companies including Aetna Better Health of WV, Unicare of WV and The Health Plan of WV.
It is the client’s responsibility to contact the insurance company for benefit information prior to the first appointment.
I will bill your insurance company for you if you have provided me the necessary benefit information, specifically your health insurance card. Billing of secondary insurance coverage is available for most insurances if I participate.
All co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of the visit unless otherwise discussed.
I accept all major credit and debit cards.
No Surprise Act starting Jan 1, 2022
You have a right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the new law, health care providers need to give clients/patients that do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
For questions or more information about your right to a good faith estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
